Agreements

Thank you for engaging with our page B.I.S. Kindly note that by participating with our page you are agreeing with our Teams and Conditions. Please ensure to fully read the following list.  

 

Payments

Cash payments are not advised due to safety reasons. However, customers can utilize cash payments for items purchased online. Kindly note that a receipt must be completed for collection of product and completion of the transaction.

Please note that all payments and transactions are final. Please note that if a decision is made that the product is no longer desired upon arrival, a penalty will be applied to the account. Payments for the delivery will have to be completed. A call will be made prior to a delivery being completed to ensure that the item is still desired.

B.I.S accepts online purchases and will not accept any cheques as a form of payment.

 

Cancellation/Refund of Item

Request for cancellation/refunds of the package/packages should be two or one days prior to delivery. Refunds will be processed same day and completed based on the processing days as indicated by the Bank.

 

Penalty

As indicated above, a penalty can be applied to the account. This can be a temporary or permanent suspension of the account.

Please note that our prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

 

ID Required and Owner Authorization of Pick-Up

Valued Members, a National ID Card is required to collect the package and should match the name of the person who is registered on the account. Any One-Time owner authorized personnel can also collect the package/packages but must provide your ID Card and a phone call confirming that they are authorized to collect the item. The authorized personnel also must provide a National Identification to collect the package/packages.

Timelines

Purchase Orders can be processed from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

 

Deliveries

A confirmation for deliveries will be sent via email and via contact. A call will be made prior to delivery. Please ensure to Add a Note before Check Out indicating where the delivery should occur from the following list:

  • SouthPark San Fernando

  • Heartland Plaza

  • Price Plaza

  • Sun Plaza Munroe Road

  • Centre of Excellence Macoya

  • Trincity Mall

  • Grand Bazaar

  • Maritime Plaza Barataria

  • Waterfront Hyatt

  • Excellence Mall POS

  • Movietowne POS

  • Piarco Plaza

  • Other Delivery options can be considered based on location.
